Banner Rehabilitation Hospital - Tucson, in partnership with Select Medical, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time 7:00-7:00 days or nights shift. The role offers a $10,000 bonus and a compensation range of $40.85-$55.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus shift differential.

• Valid RN license required.
• BLS required at hire.

• Initial and ongoing patient assessments.
• Timely and accurate documentation using EPIC.
• Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
• Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Promoting continuous quality improvement.
• Instructing and counseling patients/families.

On each shift, you will partner with a Nursing Assistant and handle a manageable case load. Together, you will help our patients achieve the outlined goals and milestones based on their unique patient care plan.
