Job summary

PACS Group in Oregon is seeking a dedicated LPN/LVN supervisor to provide direct nursing care and supervise nursing assistants. You will ensure adherence to federal, state, local standards and coordinate with the Director of Nursing to uphold quality care.

This role requires strong leadership, meticulous charting, adherence to nursing procedures, and active participation in QA activities and facility surveys. On-site position in Molalla, Oregon.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a nursing degree or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Current state license to practice as an LPN/LVN in this state.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures.
• Plan shifts, services, programs, and activities.
• Maintain the Nursing Service Procedures Manual.
• Participate in quality assurance and facility surveys.
• Complete accident/incident reports and maintain records.
• Oversee charting, medication administration, and documentation.
• Coordinate with physicians and other departments.
