PACS Group seeks an experienced Director of Nursing Services for our long-term care facility in Molalla, Oregon.

Lead planning, development, and daily operations of the nursing service; develop and maintain policies; oversee QA, MDS planning, and regulatory compliance.

Requires BSN and active State Board of Nursing license; 1–3 years supervisory experience; strong communication and leadership skills; PACS offers professional development within a national healthcare network.

Qualifications

• BSN and State Board of Nursing active licensure.
• 1–3 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; PCC experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate and direct the day-to-day nursing services.
• Maintain and update Nursing Service Procedures Manual and facility policies.
• Participate in QA program development and implementation.
• Develop and revise person-centered care plans and MDS-related activities.
