Job summary

Spaulding Rehabilitation Cape Cod, part of Mass General Brigham, is seeking an experienced RN to provide administrative, operational, and clinical support on evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. You will supervise nursing care and coordinate with medical staff to ensure outstanding patient care and safety.

Requirements include an ADN (BSN/MSN preferred), MA RN license, 5–7 years of clinical nursing and 2–3 years of lead experience. This onsite role offers competitive pay at 311 Service Road.

Serves as the clinical resource person on patient care and services; acts as the patient care representative; collaborates with medical staff, ancillary support, and clinical services in order to ensure optimal patient care services and environmental conditions at all times. Responsible for notifying Administrator-On-Call of serious issues, incidents, and internal and external disasters.Does this position require Patient Care?
