Job summary

Spaulding Nursing and Therapy Center Brighton, Inc. is hiring registered nurses for the Nurse Residency Program.

New graduates are welcome to apply and will receive mentoring and structured professional development as they transition to practice. The role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care, adhering to nursing standards, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team at our onsite Boston location.

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing is required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
  • RN license in the state where practice is required.
  • 0–1 year of clinical nursing experience required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide patient care according to the nursing philosophy and standards.
  • Perform nursing assessments and develop/implement plans of care.
  • Administer medications safely and document care accurately.
  • Collaborate with the health-care team to achieve patient goals.
  • Participate in nurse residency program and mentoring as needed.

Utilize appropriate clinical skills to integrate and implement the nursing process with the plan of care. Function as a clinical resource for the patient, consistently providing direction and support to ensure a focus on the team goals and patient driven outcomes.
