Job summary

ScionHealth seeks a Nurse Supervisor to oversee nursing staff at Kindred Hospital Los Angeles. You will assess patient needs, plan and organize training for unit staff, and participate in guidance and educational programs.

You will hire, train, supervise, and evaluate nursing staff; coordinate services, develop protocols, and ensure documentation and patient records are accurate. A valid RN license and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Requires degree from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid state Registered Nurse license.
• Valid BLS certification.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

Supervises nursing staff, assesses patients needs and provides nursing care for patients. Plans and organizes training for unit staff members and participates in guidance and educational programs.

Qualifications

Education

• Degree from an accredited school of nursing.

Licenses/Certifications

• Two years of nursing experience in a hospital.
• 1 to 2 years supervisory/leadership experience

Pay Range: $49.50 - $61.55/Hr
