ScionHealth is seeking a Nurse Supervisor for Kindred Hospital Rancho in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. The role oversees nursing staff in a 55-bed LTAC facility, ensures 24/7 clinical care, and partners with physicians to coordinate patient care.

The position requires a nursing degree, active RN license, BLS, and 2 years hospital experience with 1–2 years in supervision. Competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

Kindred Hospital Rancho is a 55-bed long-term acute care hospital offering the same in-depth care you would receive in a traditional hospital, but for an extended recovery period. We partner with your physician and offer 24-hour clinical care seven days a week so you can start your journey to wellness. For those who need special care, we offer an eight-bed ICU and three negative pressure rooms. We are located near downtown Rancho Cucamonga just off of Foothill Boulevard with close proximity to many shops and restaurants.

Job Summary

Supervises nursing staff, assesses patients needs and provides nursing care for patients. Plans and organizes training for unit staff members and participates in guidance and educational programs.

Essential Functions

• Hires, trains, supervises and evaluates designated nursing staff; assigns duties and coordinates nursing services.

Pay Range: $52.32-$63.00/hr.
