Universal Health Services in Las Vegas seeks an experienced registered nurse to lead nursing care on a hospital floor, coordinating a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality cardiovascular and critical care. The role emphasizes patient-centered care and adherence to service excellence standards.

Requirements include BSN, Nevada RN license, and BLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP or equivalent training is expected or obtained after hire. Growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Competenze

• Education: BSN or higher; RN license in Nevada.
• Experience: 1 year full time or 3 years part time in acute care; 1–3 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficient cardiovascular assessment; fluent in cardiovascular anatomy; 12-lead EKG interpretation; stress testing preferred.
• License/Certification: Active RN license in Nevada; BLS; ACLS, PALS, NRP or required training on hire.
• Other: Must pass pre-employment assessment(s).
