Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• One year full-time or three years part time experience in acute care nursing.
• One to three years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assumes shift responsibility and accountability for the planning and provision of direct and indirect nursing care to the patient and family.
• Coordinates multi-disciplinary team members and directs nursing staff to achieve safe, optimal health outcomes.
• Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team and oversees staff under supervision.
