Universal Health Services, through Summerlin Hospital in Las Vegas, seeks an experienced registered nurse to provide direct and indirect patient care in a high-volume cardiovascular and maternity setting. The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, and delivering patient-centered care.
The position requires a BSN, state RN license, and at least one year of acute care experience, with supervisory exposure preferred.
Competenze
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. BSN Required.
- Minimum of one-year full-time or three years part-time experience in acute care nursing. Supervisory experience preferred.
- Must be proficient in physical assessment of the cardiovascular patient and fluent in cardiovascular anatomy and physiology.
Mansioni
- Assumes shift responsibility for planning and provision of direct and indirect nursing care.
- Coordinates multi-disciplinary team members and directs nursing staff to safe health care outcomes.
- Provides professional leadership and supports the healthcare team to meet facility goals and vision.
