Acadia Healthcare's Grays Harbor CTC is seeking a Nurse Supervisor for the Outpatient MAT Opioid Treatment Program in Aberdeen, WA. The role oversees nursing staff, ensures compliance with DEA, HIPAA, and Joint Commission standards, and coordinates medication dispensing under physician orders.

The ideal candidate holds an LPN/LVN license in Washington with 2+ years of nursing experience, including supervisory responsibilities and experience in behavioral health or MAT settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing (LPN/LVN).
• Minimum of 2+ years related nursing practice.
• Supervisory experience preferred by state requirements.
• Prefer experience in behavioral health/addiction recovery environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Medication Room complies with policies and laws.
• Supervise daily clinical operations and scheduling.
• Evaluate nursing, technical and clerical staff performance.
• Ensure patient medical records compliance with laws.
• Oversee quality assurance and safety programs.
• Assist with recruitment and training of new staff.
• May administer medications per orders and document MARs.
• May collect blood samples and process tests as ordered.
• Transport meds between locations as needed.
