Grays Harbor Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) in Aberdeen, WA is seeking a Nurse Supervisor for its Outpatient MAT OTP program. The role supervises clinical operations, ensures medication room compliance, and maintains accurate MARs and patient records.

The position requires a WA LPN/LVN license with at least 2 years of nursing experience and supervisory exposure; preferred is experience in behavioral health/addiction recovery in outpatient settings.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum of 2+ years related nursing practice.
• Supervisory experience preferred, unless otherwise required by State or Licensing requirements.
• Prefer experience in behavioral health/addiction recovery environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Medication Room is compliant with policies and laws.
• Supervise daily clinical operations and staff schedules.
• Oversee and evaluate nursing, technical, clerical, staff activities.
• Ensure medical records comply with laws and policies.
• Oversee QA activities and safety practices; support policy development.
• Assist with recruitment, hiring and training of new staff.
• May administer medications and document accurately.
• May perform blood collection and processing as ordered.
• Transport medication to other locations as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
