Shift options include Monday–Friday 8:30a–5:00p with on-call nights and weekends. Competitive wage is $37/hour with comprehensive benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid LPN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification required; English communication skills essential.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work with team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs and develop an individualized care plan.
• Administer nursing care and supervise nursing assistants.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards.
• Support director of nursing and staff with policies.
