Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group's Dockside Health & Rehab Center in Locust Hill, VA is seeking a compassionate LPN to join a skilled nursing team. The role focuses on assessing residents, planning care, administering nursing services, and supervising nursing assistants to ensure high-quality care daily.

The facility offers flexible pay options, strong leadership, and a supportive, family-like atmosphere. Wages start at $37 per hour with full-time shifts Monday to Friday 8:30a–5:00p, plus on-call nights

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a LPN in the state of employment.
• Must possess a current CPR certification.
• Must communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to observe safety and sanitary techniques.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate outcomes.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other staff to ensure quality care.
