Dockside Health & Rehab Center is seeking a compassionate LPN to lead nursing care in our skilled nursing facility. You will assess residents, develop care plans, and supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered LPN license for the state in which you work.
• Must possess a current CPR certification.
• Must be able to communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to follow directions with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate with supervisors, co-workers and community staff in performing duties.
• Must meet safety and sanitary standards and work hours as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and supervise nursing assistants and others involved in care.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and policies.
