Job summary

PACS is seeking a Nursing Supervisor (LPN/LVN) to oversee nursing services in a long-term care facility. You will administer patient assessments, coordinate care plans, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies.

You will lead the nursing team, develop schedules, supervise aides, and participate in quality assurance initiatives to maintain high standards of resident care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Current, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Excellent reading, writing and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing assessments and ensure timely completion.
• Direct day-to-day nursing service operations.
• Coordinate discharge planning and resident care plans.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in QA and facility surveys.
• Maintain Nursing Service Procedures Manual.
• Supervise nursing assistants and trainees.
