Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a compassionate RN for a nursing leadership role in a skilled nursing facility in Beaver Falls, PA. The position focuses on assessing resident needs, creating care plans, and supervising nursing staff to ensure high-quality care.
The role offers a stable full-time schedule with 7:00a–3:00p shifts and a wage of $44.00 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within the organization.
Qualifications
- Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license for the state you work in.
- Must have a current CPR certification.
- Must communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to carry out verbal and written directions with good interpersonal skills.
- Able to work with supervisors and staff in delivering nursing care.
- Must meet safety, sanitary, and infection control standards.
Responsabilités
- Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer nursing care and evaluate its effectiveness.
- Supervise nursing assistants and other staff in care delivery.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state and local standards and policies.
