Job summary

Qualifications
- Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state you work.
- Must hold a current CPR certification and communicate in English.
- Ability to follow verbal and written directions effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate with supervisors, coworkers and community staff.
- Commitment to safety and sanitary practices.
- Able to work scheduled hours as required.
- Must not pose a direct threat to others' health and safety.
Responsibilities
- Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer nursing care and evaluate its effectiveness.
- Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in care delivery.
- Ensure care quality aligns with federal, state, and local standards.
- Adhere to infection control and health policies across the community.
