Job summary
Saber Healthcare Group in Altoona, PA is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join a skilled nursing facility team, delivering high-quality resident care in a supportive, family-like environment. The RN will assess needs, develop care plans, administer nursing care and supervise nursing assistants, with adherence to all federal, state, and local standards.

Qualifications
- Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
- CPR or BLS certification required.
- Experience supervising nursing staff preferred.
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate EHR software.
Responsibilities
- Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer nursing care and evaluate patient status.
- Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in delivering nursing care in a SNF setting.
- Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies and procedures.
