Job summary

Mission Trail Baptist Hospital is seeking a dedicated nurse leader to join the departmental leadership team. The role includes clinical supervision on a shift basis, coordinating patient flow, and facilitating admissions, discharges and transfers to ensure smooth unit operation.

You will also help plan staffing for the next shift, provide guidance to staff, and contribute input for performance reviews. The position requires RN licensure in Texas and current BLS; ACLS and other certifications may

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• Active Texas State RN license required; BLS and specialized certifications as applicable.

Responsibilities
