Mission Trail Baptist Hospital in Texas is seeking an experienced nurse leader to provide clinical supervision on a shift basis, coordinate patient care, admissions, discharges, and transfers, and support staff development.
You will act as a resource, contribute to staff evaluations, and help ensure quality patient outcomes while modeling professional practice and teamwork.
This position may qualify for a sign-on bonus This position is part of the departmental leadership team that provides clinical supervision on a shift basis including: coordination and assignment of patient care; functions as a unit patient flow coordinator, facilitating admissions, discharges and transfers; coordinates unit staffing for next shift with the Director/Clinical Manager, Coordinator and/or House Officer; serves as a clinical and leadership resource and role model for the staff; provides supervisory input into department staff evaluations and performance reviews. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.
