• Plans and assists with staff work schedules; monitors day-to-day staffing and suggests adjustments to meet patient needs.
• Maintains time and attendance data; processes payroll adjustments as needed.
• Coaches and mentors staff; conducts timely performance evaluations and rounds for patient flow.
• Acts as a clinical resource; supports policy education and regulatory compliance; ensures accurate documentation.
