Responsibilities

• Leads recruitment, interview and orientation for unit staff.
• Plans and reviews staff work schedules and maintains staffing needs.
• Monitors time and attendance and payroll adjustments.
• Coaches and mentors staff; conducts annual performance reviews.
• Facilitates patient throughput and serves as a clinical resource.
• Ensures adherence to regulatory standards and audits medical records.
