Responsibilities

• Assists in recruitment, interview, and orientation for new department staff.
• Plans and reviews staff work schedules and monitors day-to-day staffing needs.
• Maintains data on time and attendance and payroll adjustments.
• Coaches and mentors staff; communicates professionally and effectively.
• Facilitates patient throughput and rounds on patients to ensure standards are met.
• Coordinates unit meetings and communicates updates to the team.
• Supports adherence to regulatory standards and conducts clinical audits.
