The role emphasizes clinical decision-making, staffing coordination, patient flow management, and collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes and maintain regulatory compliance.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• ASN required; BSN preferred.
• Current Florida RN license.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications through the American Heart Association.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and oversight of nursing operations during assigned shifts.
• Promote safe, high-quality, patient-centered care hospital-wide.
• Serve as clinical and administrative resource to nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams.
• Coordinate staffing and workforce planning to ensure appropriate patient coverage.
• Support patient throughput, admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Respond to clinical and staffing concerns with timely resolution.
• Collaborate with physicians and department leaders to optimize patient care and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and patient safety initiatives.
• Assist with emergency response and provide leadership during critical events.
• Promote a culture of teamwork, professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement.
