Luminis Health is seeking a nursing supervisor to coordinate nursing activities across shifts and provide clinical guidance in collaboration with the Unit Manager/Director. The role involves direct and indirect patient care, supervising staff, and rotating shifts within a 24-hour schedule.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of acute care nursing, and current RN licensure with BLS/ACLS certifications.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three years of active nursing experience in acute care with progressive supervisory responsibilities.
• Current nursing license and AHA BLS; ACLS certification.

• Directs hospital operations on assigned shifts and maintains interdepartmental relationships.
