Tulsa Rehabilitation Hospital in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to oversee nursing staff, assess patient needs and deliver high‑quality care. The role includes planning and organizing unit training and participating in guidance and educational programs.

Applicants must hold a current state RN license, BLS certification (in person from AHA/Red Cross), and CRRN or plan to obtain. Inpatient rehab experience and supervisory background are desired.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross; online certification is not acceptable.
• CRRN or plan to obtain when qualified.

Pay:

Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current state licensure as an Registered Nurse
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross. Online certification is not acceptable.
• CRRN or written plan to obtain when qualified

Desired Qualifications:

• Inpatient rehabilitation experience
• Previous supervisory experience

• Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Detail-oriented, able to meet strict time frames
