Qualifications

• Requires LPN, ASN, or BSN and 2 years nursing experience with 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in Florida.
• Ability to present information to managers, patients, families, employees and the public.
• Ability to multi-task, apply problem solving and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct supervision for nursing and behavioral healthcare staff and ensures training compliance.
• Completes Gracepoint required documentation accurately and timely.
• Maintains cooperative relationships with internal and external programs and agencies.
• Attends agency-wide, division and program meetings, seminars, conferences, and workshops.
• Interviews/hires prospective employees and orients them to program.
• May assume administrative and supervisory duties in absence of the Coordinator of Nurses or Program Manager.
• Performs other duties that are similar, related, or a logical assignment.
