Job summary

Signature Health, Inc. seeks a Site Manager to lead nursing operations at designated regional sites, driving access, engagement, and positive clinical outcomes.

You will implement policies, guide staff, and partner with leaders to support care delivery across psychiatry, MAT, ID, PC, and SRH. Required are a BSN, Ohio RN license, 4+ years in relevant settings, and 2+ years supervising staff, with BLS certification and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in nursing required.
• Valid and unencumbered RN license in Ohio required.
• 4+ years of nursing experience in ambulatory, acute, residential or inpatient psychiatry.
• 2+ years of nursing supervisory experience preferred.
• AHA BLS certification required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily objectives and operations of the nursing team.
• Ensure efficient, high-quality patient care and seamless administrative support.
• Lead meetings, coaching, and process-improvement initiatives.
• Develop metrics and monitor program effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with Facilities, IT, Security and vendors to maintain site operations.
