Qualifications

• Assists staffing and scheduling of personnel considering utilization, scope, competencies and patient needs
• Supports a professional practice environment and nursing excellence
• Promotes empowered nursing decision-making, accountability and autonomy
• Responds to emergency codes and crisis intervention
• Addresses Employee Health incidents appropriately
• Demonstrates knowledge of NYSDOH Codes and reporting requirements
