Job summary

Ironside Human Resources is seeking an experienced Nursing Supervisor for an eastern Montana healthcare facility. This full-time, permanent role is in Acute Care with a night shift (3x12-hour shifts).

You will oversee daily operations, develop care plans, and coordinate staffing to ensure safe, high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, BLS (ACLS within first year), and 2+ years inpatient hospital experience, plus prior leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS required within the first year.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field preferred.
• At least two years of recent inpatient hospital experience.
• Previous leadership experience, such as serving as a charge nurse or team lead, with responsibility for patient care and staff performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and help ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
• Develop and implement patient care plans, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate shift assignments, provide support to nursing staff, and help maintain smooth unit operations.
• Provide leadership and oversight across multiple departments, including the ER, ICU, Behavioral Health, Med-Surg, Labor & Delivery, and Transitional Care.

Pay: $36.63-$55.00/hour + Sign-On and Relocation Assistance Available!
