  • Direct hospital staff in interpreting and applying organizational policies; organize workflows, delegate tasks, monitor productivity, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving complex clinical situations, problem-solving, and addressing patient or family complaints/concerns.
  • Work closely with charge nurses, physicians, and clinical and non-clinical support teams to ensure cohesive, safe, and efficient hospital operations.

Qualifications:

    • Recent clinical background in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or Emergency Department (ED) setting required.
    • Demonstrated background in patient flow management, serving as a resource nurse, or charge nurse/leadership roles.
    • Clinical experience caring for a diverse patient demographic across all life stages (from infancy to geriatrics).
  • Technical & Clinical Skills:
  • Proficiency operating advanced critical care medical equipment (multiple IV pumps, A-lines, invasive lines, chest tubes, and ventilator support).
