Job summary

Ironside Human Resources in Helena, MT seeks an Acute Care Manager to lead daily operations in a busy hospital setting. You will supervise RNs, LPNs, CNAs and support staff, ensuring safe patient flow, quality care, and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Med/Surg and/or Emergency Department settings.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC or eligibility to obtain upon hire.
• Montana RN license or compact RN license or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear operational direction to Charge Nurses, RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Ward Clerks and Technicians.
• Collaborate with House Supervisors, physicians and leadership to ensure safe patient care and efficient unit operations.

Responsibilities

Provide clear operational direction to Charge Nurses, RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Ward Clerks, and Technicians while collaborating closely with House Supervisors, Physicians, Mid‑Level Providers, and C‑Suite Leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 7 years of experience in Med/Surg and/or Emergency Department setting
• Must have a BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, or ENPC or be eligible to obtain upon hire
• Must have or be eligible to obtain a Montana RN license or compact RN license
