Job summary

University of North Dakota seeks a Student Support Services Mentor in Grand Forks to guide undergraduate nursing students under the Gero-STARR initiative. You will mentor, track progress, and develop individualized plans for student success while collaborating with CNPD and nursing faculty.

The role requires BSN, ND RN eligibility, and at least one year of RN experience with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing and ND RN licensure eligibility.
• RN license required to practice in North Dakota.
• One year RN experience preferred with recent clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Mentor Nursing Students through developing programs and twice-weekly meetings with Gero-STARR mentees.
• Assist in recruitment, data analysis and program evaluation for CNPD and Gero-STARR.
• Support NCLEX preparation and academic readiness activities for students.
• Maintain data and reporting to support program outcomes and decision making.
• Coordinate with CNPD and Gero-STARR team to ensure student success.
