William Paterson University seeks a Student Success Coordinator to manage the Nursing Enrichment and Tutoring Center (NET). You will coordinate tutors, mentor cohorts, and ensure support for at-risk undergraduate and graduate nursing students, while collaborating with the COSH and Lab teams to enhance skill-building opportunities.
You will assist with budget planning, data reviews, and program development, reporting to the Associate Dean of the School of Nursing.

Reporting to the Associate Dean, School of Nursing, the Student Success Coordinator manages the Nursing Enrichment and Tutoring Center (NET), coordinates scheduling of tutors and mentors, facilitates management of undergraduate and graduate cohorts, identification and management of academically at-risk students.
Starting Salary - AFT Range 24 - $76,486.40 - $87,954.55
