Job summary

Saint Xavier University is seeking a part-time RN to support nursing students in our program. The role involves meeting with students in person and via Zoom to guide their academic nursing success, leveraging technology and reports to monitor progress.

The ideal candidate holds an Illinois RN license, can develop learning strategies aligned with nursing coursework, and demonstrates strong communication with faculty, students, and departments.

Qualifications

• Illinois RN License with ability to identify, develop and implement learning strategies and study skills specific to nursing course materials.
• Attention to detail with flexible time management skills.
• Familiar with or willing to learn academic technologies to support position (ie Navigate, LMS, Academic resources, ATI).
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with faculty, students and departments throughout the University.
• Experience with excel and the generation of reports.
