Qualifications

• Must be a student in good standing at Saint Xavier University.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior tutoring/mentoring experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide tutoring and content clarification for undergraduate nursing students.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions; protect privacy (FERPA).
• Develop and facilitate Student Success Workshops as delegated by the Supervisor.
• Collaborate with Tutor Team and Academic Success Coaches to promote student success.
• Communicate regularly with Nursing Peer Mentor/Tutor Supervisor.
