The University of North Florida Board of Trustees invites applications for a Nursing Student Success Coach in the School of Nursing. The role focuses on NCLEX-RN preparation, student retention, and targeted remediation to help nursing students progress successfully.
Responsibilities include individualized coaching, data-informed monitoring, collaboration with faculty and SON leadership, and coordination of tutoring, workshops, and peer mentoring to enhance curriculum support and student
School of Nursing. Compensation: $55,000.00 Annual.
The Nursing Student Success Coach leads efforts in NCLEX-RN preparation and identifies students at risk to implement targeted remediation strategies in collaboration with SON Director, Assistant Director, and faculty.

Reports to Director, School or Nursing. Will perform independently, guided by written and/or verbal instructions. General guidance and direction. The incumbent establishes procedures for attaining specific goals and objectives in a broad area of work; contact between the employee and supervisor is limited in terms of frequency and matters covered.
This position requires a background check. In conjunction with the University's policy, this position may also require a credit check.
