Qualifications

• Proficient MS Office; strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with Kronos payroll preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records up to date per regulatory guidelines; scan and store records.
• Manage timekeeping, scheduling, and acuity software to assign staff.
• Assist with shift scheduling and forecasting staffing projections.
• Prepare CAS/Staffer reports and sick-call logs.
• Coordinate staffing across units and facilities as needed.
