Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a high school education or its equivalent.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, and government agencies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain current listing of all resident care employee phone numbers.
• Coordinate nursing department scheduling to ensure appropriate coverage.
• Prepare and post work schedules and staffing reports.
• Assist with interviewing CNAs and orientation for new hires.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and confidentiality of information.
