Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with automated scheduling platforms is required.
• Experience in healthcare scheduling is preferred.
• Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge and experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor census, staffing, scheduled admissions and discharges to ensure adequate staff for each shift.
• Prepare monthly staffing schedule and communicate issues to appropriate staff.
• Amend staffing schedule as needed to provide quality patient care.
• Find coverage for all nursing time-off requests and call-outs.
• Track absenteeism as assigned.
• Coordinate staffing for program transports as needed.
• Provide administrative support as needed.
• Calculate lateness, Daily FTE and weekend shift reports bi-weekly and share with leaders.
