• Manage overall staffing needs of the Nursing Department in accordance with company policies and regulations.
• Schedule PTO, call-ins, and adjust staffing to census changes; requires strong phone etiquette and customer service.
• Multi-task as staffing needs shift with resident census and daily operations.
• On-call responsibilities as determined by the Director of Nurses and Administrator.
