Job summary

The Lodge at Sandhills Carolina in Pinehurst, NC is hiring a Staffing Coordinator/Scheduler for the nursing department to coordinate monthly Nursing, CMA, and CNA schedules and arrange replacements as needed.

The ideal candidate has scheduling experience and a current CNA license and will report to the Director of Nursing, providing daily and weekly hours reporting while supporting residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Previous scheduling experience required.
• Current CNA license required.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Nursing, CMA and CNA schedules monthly and arrange replacements.
• Provide daily and weekly hours reporting for Nursing, CMA and CNA staff.
• Assist residents, families and visitors as needed.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and nurse leadership to ensure quality care.
