Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and plan Nursing Department staff schedules.
• Coordinate staffing requirements in the facility.
• Handle last minute schedule changes patiently and professionally.
• Manage staff call-outs following proper protocol.
• Assist with recruitment by notifying the Director of Nursing of openings.
• Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
