The position focuses on timely posting of schedules, handling call-ins, overtime approvals, and collaborating with HR to maintain accurate attendance and PTO records. On-site work with a team dedicated to resident care.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a High School Diploma or GED.
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills under stress.
• Computer-literate with willingness to learn scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and post monthly nursing schedules to meet staffing goals.
• Receive call-ins and cover nursing positions as needed.
• Verify daily time punches and approve overtime for nursing staff.
• Maintain attendance records and PTO data in the system.
• Assist in interviewing and participate in facility committees.
