Touchstone Communities’ The Heights at Medical Center is seeking an experienced Workforce/Staffing Coordinator to optimize scheduling for clinical staff and ensure regulatory compliance. You will own the scheduling process, coordinate with PRN staff, and maintain daily and monthly rosters to support high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ year staffing/labor management in a skilled nursing community.
• High School diploma required; additional education is a plus.
• Texas CNA or Certified Medication certification.
• Experience with OnShift scheduling software is a big plus.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the scheduling process for clinical staff, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Revise and review clinical schedules and hiring templates to keep operations running smoothly.
• Fill open shifts quickly by coordinating with PRN team members and managing call-ins or fluctuations.
• Maintain and post daily/monthly schedules in OnShift (experience preferred).
• Partner with leadership to ensure staffing ratios meet quality care standards.
