Touchstone Communities in Texas is seeking an experienced Workforce/Staffing Coordinator to optimize schedules for clinical staff, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. You will revise schedules and hiring templates, fill shifts quickly by coordinating with PRN staff, and manage OnShift postings.

The role requires 1 year of staffing experience in a skilled nursing setting and an active Texas LVN or Compact State LVN/LPN license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of staffing/labor management experience in a skilled nursing community.
• Current and valid Texas LVN nursing license, or a current and valid LVN/LPN license from a Compact Party State.
• Must be available for on-call rotation (weekends and holidays as needed).
• Experience with OnShift scheduling software is a big plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités
