Mt Vernon Healthcare Center, part of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, is seeking a Nursing Staff Scheduler to coordinate staffing to deliver quality resident care. The role interfaces with the DON and administrative teams to maintain staffing accuracy and timely schedules.

Responsibilities include preparing daily staffing sheets, managing vacancies, PTO, and use of agency staff, while aligning with policies and infection control standards. Competitive benefits accompany full-time employment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior staff scheduling experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Follows the master staffing schedule created by the DON or designee.
• Communicates continuously with DON or designee to ensure coordination of information and scheduling accuracy.
• Prepares daily staffing sheets and updates as needed.
• Manages use of agency and in-house pool staffing per policy and guidelines.
• Maintains attendance and paid time off records for nursing staff.
• Performs other general administrative staffing duties as assigned.
