You will analyze staffing patterns, coordinate with charge RNs, and support orientation of managers and staff on staffing practices. The role is Full Time, 0.9 FTE, with 8/12-hour shifts, Day/Evening rotation. Compensation ranges from $20.98 to $29.19 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED required.
• Prefer prior inpatient care unit experience in a patient care or support role.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills necessary.

Responsibilities

• Receive staffing requests and allocate available resources within the Department of Nursing on a shift-by-shift basis.
• Analyze staffing patterns and trends; coordinate with charge RNs to meet staffing needs; assist with contacting staff about availability and absences.
