Mayo Clinic is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to support patient care units by receiving staffing requests and allocating resources within the Nursing Department on a shift-by-shift basis. You will review staffing reports, compare recommendations with available resources, and collaborate with charge RNs to balance coverage.

The role involves analyzing staffing patterns, communicating staffing needs, and assisting in orienting managers and staff to staffing guidelines and procedures.

Formación

• High school graduate or GED required.
• Prefer prior experience with inpatient care unit in a patient care or support role.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills necessary.

Responsabilidades
